Standard shipping costs €1.99 or €2.99 depending on the delivery destination. The applicable fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping is available on eligible standard products:

2. Order Processing and Tracking
Voghion processes standard orders within 3–5 business days before shipment. A real-time delivery estimate based on your selected shipping method and destination is shown at checkout before payment.
Once an order has been shipped, you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available. You can also check the estimated arrival time through the Voghion website or app.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, major promotional periods and public holidays. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days of placing your order, contact customer@voghion.com.
3. Returns Within 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be in new condition, unused or unworn, and include the original packaging, all original contents and all accessories.
Returns must be authorised before the item is shipped back. The return address is provided once your request has been approved.
