Voghion Shipping Policy

This policy explains the shipping costs, delivery times, free-shipping conditions, order processing times and special delivery services currently available for eligible purchases made through the Voghion marketplace.
The destinations listed below are those covered by the rates and services described in this policy. Product availability and delivery options may vary by product, seller, warehouse and destination.
All shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds in this policy are set in euros (€). If you pay in another currency, the equivalent amount at the current exchange rate is displayed at checkout before payment.

1. How Much Does Voghion Shipping Cost?
Voghion's standard shipping fee is €1.99 or €2.99, depending on the delivery destination. The applicable fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
€1.99 Standard Shipping applies to eligible standard products delivered to: Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
€2.99 Standard Shipping applies to eligible standard products delivered to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United States.
2. Shipping for Special Product Categories
Wholesale products. Shipping for wholesale products is calculated according to the actual product weight for all supported delivery countries.
7-Day Delivery. 7-Day Delivery costs €3.99 and is available only in the United Kingdom. Products using 7-Day Delivery are not eligible for the standard free-shipping offer.
10-Day Delivery. 10-Day Delivery costs €2.99 and is available in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Products using 10-Day Delivery are not eligible for the standard free-shipping offer.
Local warehouse items. Eligible local warehouse items receive free shipping regardless of order value.
3. When Is Shipping Free?
Free shipping for eligible standard products depends on the customer's payment history and the standard product amount remaining after discounts.
New customers. A new customer is a customer who has never completed a payment through Voghion before. New customers receive free shipping when the eligible standard product amount reaches €20 after discounts.
Existing customers. An existing customer is a customer who has previously completed a payment through Voghion. Existing customers receive free shipping when the eligible standard product amount reaches €59 after discounts.
Exceptions. Eligible local warehouse items always receive free shipping. Wholesale products, 7-Day Delivery and 10-Day Delivery are not eligible for the standard free-shipping offer.
4. How Long Does Order Processing Take?
Voghion processes standard orders within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during major promotional periods or public holidays. For customised items, the estimated arrival time is shown on the relevant product detail page.
5. Delivery Estimates
Real-time delivery estimates are shown during checkout before payment and are based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, major promotional periods and public holidays, and exclude unexpected delays caused by carriers, customs processes or other circumstances outside Voghion's control.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once an order has been shipped, customers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
You can check the estimated arrival time of a package through the Voghion website or app, or through the shipment confirmation email.
