Community Guidelines

Version: V.1.1 Effective Date: 4 September 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

Voghion is committed to maintaining a trustworthy, safe, lawful, and useful community experience for all users. These Community Guidelines set out the standards that apply to content, interactions, and conduct across Voghion's community features and related services.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Voghion, including without limitation customers, visitors, registered users, merchants, sellers, brands, creators, influencers, affiliates, service providers, and any other person or entity that posts, uploads, shares, publishes, transmits, promotes, or otherwise makes content or materials available through Voghion.

These Community Guidelines apply equally regardless of whether Voghion is accessed through the mobile application or the website (together, the "Platform," as defined in our Terms & Conditions), and any reference to "Voghion" in these Guidelines refers to the Platform generally.

By accessing or using any community feature on Voghion, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, rules, or program terms that may apply.

2. Community Features Covered

These Community Guidelines apply to all community and user-facing features made available by Voghion, including without limitation:

  • Product reviews and ratings
  • Seller, merchant, or service feedback
  • Questions and answers
  • Comments, replies, and discussions
  • Photos, videos, livestream clips, and other visual materials
  • User profiles, usernames, biographies, and avatars
  • Creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador, or promotional content
  • Submissions relating to campaigns, giveaways, promotions, surveys, or events
  • Reports, complaints, appeals, and other communications submitted through community or trust and safety channels
  • Any other content or interaction made available on or through Voghion that is intended for viewing, use, or reliance by other users

3. General Standards

All content and conduct on Voghion must be lawful, accurate where factual claims are made, relevant to the applicable feature or listing, respectful of others, and consistent with these Community Guidelines.

You must not use Voghion's community features in any way that is deceptive, abusive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform.

We may remove, restrict, demote, disable access to, label, or otherwise take action against any content or account that violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or any other applicable policy.

Without limiting the above, all content must also comply with the content-safety categories described in Section 8 (Prohibited Content and Conduct), the short-video rules in Section 17, the live-streaming rules in Section 18, the AI-generated content rules in Section 19, and the minor-protection rules in Section 21.

4. Product Reviews and Ratings

Product reviews and ratings are intended to help users make informed purchasing decisions based on genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Reviews and ratings must:

  • Reflect your own genuine experience, opinion, or assessment
  • Relate to the relevant product
  • Be based on lawful and good-faith conduct
  • Not be misleading, manipulated, fabricated, or submitted for an improper purpose

Reviews and ratings must not:

  • Be false, fake, or materially misleading
  • Be submitted in exchange for money, discounts, free goods, refunds, reimbursement, credits, gifts, loyalty benefits, or any other compensation, unless expressly authorized by Voghion and clearly disclosed as required by law and platform rules
  • Be created, edited, deleted, or suppressed as part of a review manipulation scheme
  • Be posted by a person or entity with a direct or indirect conflict of interest without clear and prominent disclosure where permitted
  • Be used to pressure, threaten, extort, or unfairly damage another person or business
  • Focus primarily on matters unrelated to the product itself where a separate seller or service feedback feature is provided
  • Include promotional, advertising, or off-platform solicitation content

5. Seller, Merchant, and Service Feedback

Where Voghion provides a feature for seller, merchant, logistics, or service feedback, such content must focus on the actual buying, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, or transaction experience.

Seller or merchant feedback must not be used as a substitute for product reviews and must not contain:

  • Content unrelated to the relevant transaction
  • Promotional or competitive messaging
  • Threats, harassment, extortion, or coercion
  • Confidential transaction information beyond what is necessary to describe the experience
  • False or manipulated claims intended to mislead users or unfairly influence a seller's reputation

6. Questions, Answers, and Community Discussions

Questions, answers, comments, and discussions should be helpful, accurate, relevant, and made in good faith.

You must not post questions, answers, or comments that:

  • Are knowingly false or misleading
  • Impersonate a customer, seller, brand representative, or any other person
  • Misrepresent expertise, identity, product use, or experience
  • Are primarily promotional, commercial, or intended to divert users away from Voghion
  • Are repetitive, spam-like, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise disruptive

Where a seller, brand, creator, influencer, affiliate, or other person with a material connection to a product or merchant responds to a question or participates in a discussion, that connection must be clearly and prominently disclosed unless already clearly identified through the platform interface.

7. Creator, Influencer, Affiliate, and Promotional Content

Content created or published by creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, merchants, brands, or other promotional partners must be truthful, lawful, clearly presented, and compliant with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws.

Such content must not:

  • Mislead users regarding product performance, origin, sponsorship, endorsement, or availability
  • Conceal a material connection, sponsorship, payment, commission, free product arrangement, or other incentive
  • Falsely present advertising or sponsored content as independent consumer opinion
  • Encourage users to post manipulated, compensated, or inauthentic reviews
  • Divert users to off-platform channels in violation of Voghion rules
  • Otherwise distort user trust in the community

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, promotional and sponsored content must be clearly and conspicuously identified.

Promotional content posted in short videos or livestreams must additionally comply with Section 17 and Section 18, and any material connection must be disclosed in a clear and conspicuous manner proximate to the endorsement, in accordance with Section 30 of our Terms & Conditions.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are prohibited on Voghion:

  • Illegal content or conduct, including content that promotes, facilitates, instructs, or encourages unlawful activity
  • Fraud, deception, scams, phishing, impersonation, or other dishonest conduct
  • Fake engagement, fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content manipulation
  • Content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory
  • Content that is obscene, sexually explicit in an impermissible manner, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for the relevant feature
  • Content that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or otherwise harms children
  • Violent, graphic, or terror-related content, or content encouraging physical or financial harm
  • Spam, repetitive content, mass postings, irrelevant content, or content generated primarily to manipulate search, ranking, trust signals, or user attention
  • Advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion that is not expressly permitted
  • Malicious code, malware, viruses, corrupted files, or technical interference with the platform
  • Attempts to evade enforcement, moderation, identity checks, or other platform controls
  • Any other content or conduct that Voghion reasonably determines undermines the safety, integrity, legality, fairness, or intended purpose of the platform

In addition, the following content-safety categories apply to all content (including short videos and livestreams): (a) hate speech and discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability; (b) child sexual abuse material and any sexualization or endangerment of minors; (c) graphic violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges; (d) content instructing or facilitating the sale of illegal, prohibited, or restricted goods; (e) misleading AI-generated or synthetic content that is not disclosed as required by Section 19; (f) content that discloses another person's private information without lawful basis (doxxing); and (g) non-consensual intimate imagery, including so-called “revenge pornography” and any sexual image or recording shared, or threatened to be shared, without the depicted person's consent. Where content falls within these categories, we may remove it and take action on the account in accordance with Section 12 and Section 20.

9. Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Personal Data

You may only post or submit content that you have the legal right to use, publish, share, or license.

You must not post content that:

  • Infringes or misappropriates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, database rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary or personal rights
  • Discloses another person's personal data, confidential information, financial information, contact information, or private communications without lawful basis or authorization
  • Contains images, recordings, likenesses, or identifying details of individuals in a manner that violates applicable law or their rights
  • Otherwise violates applicable data protection, privacy, intellectual property, or unfair competition laws

For short videos and livestreams, you may only use music, audio, and other third-party material for which you hold the necessary rights or which Voghion makes available through its licensed library. Content found to infringe third-party rights may be muted, removed, or made subject to rights-holder claims in accordance with Section 22 and our notice-and-takedown procedures.

10. Review Manipulation and Conflicts of Interest

Voghion prohibits review manipulation and any attempt to distort the authenticity, neutrality, or reliability of community content.

Without limitation, you must not:

  • Offer or accept compensation, incentives, discounts, refunds, reimbursements, gifts, coupons, loyalty points, free products, or other benefits in exchange for creating, editing, removing, withholding, or influencing reviews, ratings, feedback, or other community content
  • Post content about your own products, services, store, brand, business, or commercial interests as if you were an independent user
  • Coordinate review campaigns designed to create a false or misleading impression
  • Request, induce, or pressure users to leave only positive reviews or to refrain from leaving negative reviews
  • Interfere with another user's ability to provide an independent opinion

Voghion may apply additional rules, verification requirements, eligibility criteria, or feature restrictions to protect the integrity of reviews and other trust-based content.

In the United States, these prohibitions are informed by, and interpreted consistently with, the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, 16 C.F.R. Part 465, which prohibits buying or selling fake reviews and testimonials, review suppression, review hijacking, and undisclosed insider reviews.

11. Reporting Violations

Users may report content, conduct, merchants, creators, affiliates, or other activity that may violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law through the reporting tools, help center, complaint channels, or other mechanisms provided by Voghion.

Reports should be made in good faith and include sufficient information for review where reasonably possible.

You must not misuse reporting tools, including by submitting knowingly false, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith reports.

In the European Union, Voghion provides an electronic notice mechanism through which any individual or entity may notify us of the presence of information they consider to be illegal content, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. We will process such notices and act upon them in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner.

12. Review, Moderation, and Enforcement

Voghion may use automated tools, human review, or a combination of both to detect, assess, review, prioritize, label, restrict, remove, or otherwise moderate content and conduct.

Where permitted by applicable law and appropriate in light of the risk involved, Voghion may take enforcement action including without limitation:

  • Removing, disabling, or restricting access to content
  • Reducing the visibility or distribution of content
  • Withholding publication of content pending review
  • Issuing warnings
  • Restricting access to certain community features
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Removing listings or related products from community features
  • Disqualifying users from creator, affiliate, ambassador, merchant, or promotional programs
  • Taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, Voghion, third parties, or the integrity of the platform

Voghion reserves the right to act where it reasonably believes content or conduct creates legal, commercial, technical, reputational, or safety risk, even if a specific scenario is not expressly listed in these Community Guidelines.

Enforcement actions are graduated in accordance with the penalty points system set out in Section 20. Where we remove or restrict content or accounts, we will, to the extent required by applicable law (including Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), provide a clear and specific statement of reasons, which, where the decision concerns content amounting to illegal content or a breach of these Community Guidelines and is made in the EU, we will also submit to the EU Digital Services Act Transparency Database in accordance with Article 24(5) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. In the European Union, we will give priority to notices submitted by trusted flaggers designated in accordance with Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

13. Appeals and Complaints

Where required by applicable law or where Voghion otherwise makes such option available, users may appeal certain moderation or enforcement decisions through the channels designated by Voghion.

An appeal should identify the decision being challenged and provide any information or explanation that may assist review.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision. Voghion may uphold, modify, or reverse its prior decision following review.

Outside the European Union, unless a different period is specified for a particular feature or program, you should submit an appeal within 30 days of the enforcement decision; Voghion may, at its discretion, still consider appeals submitted after this period.

Nothing in these Community Guidelines limits any rights that users may have under applicable law, including rights relating to complaint handling, dispute resolution, or regulatory reporting.

In the European Union, users have the right to lodge a complaint through Voghion's internal complaint-handling system within six months of the contested decision, in accordance with Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Users may also select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in accordance with Article 21 of that Regulation, and this does not affect their right to seek judicial redress.

14. Repeat Violations and Evasion

Repeated or serious violations of these Community Guidelines may result in enhanced enforcement measures, including permanent suspension or termination of accounts, removal from programs, or restriction of access to Voghion services.

Users must not attempt to circumvent enforcement actions through alternate accounts, coordinated third-party activity, technical evasion, or other means. Voghion may take action against related accounts, associated entities, or linked activity where reasonably necessary.

15. Relationship with Other Terms

These Community Guidelines form part of the rules governing use of Voghion's services and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, merchant policies, creator or affiliate program terms, campaign rules, and any other applicable policies or agreements.

If there is a conflict between these Community Guidelines and any mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of the conflict. If there is a conflict between these Community Guidelines and a specific program policy or feature-specific rule, the more specific rule may apply to that feature or program.

If there is a direct conflict between these Community Guidelines and our Terms & Conditions on a matter these Community Guidelines expressly address, these Community Guidelines control for that matter, consistent with Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.

16. Changes to These Community Guidelines

Voghion may update or modify these Community Guidelines from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your continued access to or use of Voghion's community features after updated Community Guidelines take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Short Video Content Rules

Short-form videos posted on Voghion (including product demonstrations, reviews, and promotional videos) must comply with these Community Guidelines and the following specific rules:

  • Videos must accurately and truthfully represent the product being shown; a video must not misrepresent the product's appearance, quality, functionality, ingredients, materials, origin, or effects, and must not show a product that differs from the product listed or sold.
  • Videos must not contain off-platform watermarks, external platform logos, or elements that divert users to off-platform channels or transactions.
  • Videos must not display prohibited, restricted, or illegal products, or products that Voghion does not permit to be listed or sold.
  • Videos must not contain pricing, discount, promotional, or comparative claims that are false, unverifiable, or misleading, or reference competing platforms or off-platform links.
  • Videos must not contain obscene, sexually suggestive, violent, or gory elements, or content that is otherwise inconsistent with the content-safety categories in Section 8.
  • Videos that use music or third-party material must comply with Section 22.

18. Live Streaming Rules

Users who broadcast livestreams on Voghion must comply with these Community Guidelines and the following specific rules:

  • Live broadcasters are responsible for everything that occurs during their livestream, including content generated through third-party tools such as speech-to-text, real-time translation, on-screen comment displays, or other integrated tools. Technical error or the action of a third-party tool is not a defense to a violation.
  • Livestreams must comply with the same content-safety standards as other content, including the prohibition on illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, or dangerous content.
  • Products shown or promoted in a livestream must match the products actually listed and sold on Voghion.
  • Live broadcasters must disclose any material connection to the products promoted, in accordance with Section 7.
  • Users who are minors, or who Voghion reasonably knows or believes to be minors, may be restricted from broadcasting livestreams, from receiving virtual gifts or other monetary benefits, or may be subject to additional parental-consent or supervision requirements, in accordance with Section 21.
  • Voghion may monitor livestreams in real time and may interrupt, restrict, or terminate a livestream that violates these Guidelines or applicable law.

19. AI-Generated Content

Where users publish content that has been generated or significantly modified using artificial intelligence (including realistic images, video, or audio of people, places, or events), they must clearly label such content as AI-generated or AI-modified where it could reasonably be mistaken for authentic content or where it depicts realistic synthetic media.

The following is prohibited:

  • Publishing realistic AI-generated or AI-modified content that misleads users on matters of public importance or causes individual harm
  • Using AI to impersonate a real person without their consent or to falsely attribute statements to a person
  • Using AI to create fabricated product demonstrations, effects, or endorsements that misrepresent the actual product
  • Using AI to generate reviews, ratings, or engagement in a manner that constitutes fake or inauthentic content

Voghion may automatically detect and label AI-generated content, embed provenance metadata or watermarks, and remove or restrict AI content that violates these rules, in accordance with applicable law, including, in the European Union, the AI-content transparency obligations for providers and deployers under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). A required AI-generated or AI-modified label must remain visible and machine-readable if the content is shared, embedded, or reposted elsewhere on Voghion, and must not be removed or obscured by the user.

20. Penalty Gradient and Points System

Voghion applies a graduated penalty points system to violations of these Community Guidelines. Violations are classified and assigned points as follows:

  • Extremely serious violations (child sexual abuse material, terrorism, and other illegal content): 15 points, with immediate content removal and account suspension or termination
  • Serious violations (hate speech, graphic violence, review manipulation, counterfeit or prohibited goods): 12 points
  • Moderate violations (misleading product claims, undisclosed commercial content, spam): 3 points
  • Minor violations (relevance or formatting issues, minor disclosure omissions): 1 point

Accumulated points are reset at the end of each calendar quarter. The following graduated measures apply based on accumulated points:

  • 15 points or more: permanent restriction or termination of content-posting privileges or account
  • 12 to 14 points: suspension of content-posting privileges for 30 days
  • 6 to 11 points: temporary limitation of community features and reduced content visibility
  • 1 to 5 points: warning

Voghion may escalate measures, bypass the points system, or take immediate action where the risk or severity of the violation so requires. Where a single violation results in 15 points or more, the immediate measures described above apply on their own terms and are not contingent on a user's prior accumulated point balance. Users may appeal enforcement decisions in accordance with Section 13.

Voghion will notify a user through the Platform or by email each time penalty points are assessed to their account, together with the reason for and the number of points assessed.

The measures described in this Section 20 are contractual enforcement measures taken by Voghion under these Community Guidelines. They are without prejudice to, and do not substitute for, any administrative, civil or criminal liability that may arise under applicable law. Where any content or conduct on the Platform contravenes applicable laws or regulations, the responsible party remains separately liable under those laws, and the application of the measures set out above shall not limit, waive or discharge such liability. Voghion will cooperate with any investigation, request for information, evidence preservation or other lawful measure undertaken by a competent authority or court, and reserves all rights to claim compensation from the responsible party for any loss or damage suffered by Voghion as a result of the violation, including reputational harm, regulatory penalties, and legal costs.

21. Content Rating and Minor Protection

Voghion applies age-appropriate content controls to protect minors. Content that is not suitable for minors (including mature themes, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or other age-restricted subject matter) may be age-gated, labeled, or restricted to adult users.

Voghion prohibits the sexualization or endangerment of minors and will promptly remove child sexual abuse material and report it to the competent authorities as required by law. Voghion will not knowingly process the personal data of users it reasonably knows to be minors for the purpose of personalized advertising. In the United States, Voghion will not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the age of 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, and will limit the collection, use, and disclosure of such information, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506. In the United Kingdom, Voghion will use highly effective age assurance (HEAA) where required by the Online Safety Act 2023. In the European Economic Area, Voghion will process a child's personal data only where the child has reached the age of digital consent (13 to 16 years, depending on Member State) or where consent has been given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility, in accordance with applicable law and Section 29 of our Terms & Conditions.

22. Music and Copyright

Users may only use music, sound recordings, and other copyrighted material in their short videos or livestreams if they hold the necessary rights or if the material is made available through Voghion's licensed library.

Content that uses unauthorized copyrighted material may be muted, blocked, removed, or monetization-restricted. Rights holders may submit copyright notifications in accordance with Section 28 of our Terms & Conditions. Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification.

23. Licence to Voghion.

By posting, uploading, submitting or streaming any text, images, photographs, video, audio, livestream content or other material on or through the Platform ("User Content"), you grant Voghion and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly perform and display, and otherwise use such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for the purposes of operating, providing, developing, promoting and marketing the Platform and Voghion's services.

This licence takes effect from the moment you submit the User Content and continues after the removal of the User Content or the termination of your account, to the extent necessary for Voghion to (i) retain and serve copies already distributed, cached or incorporated into promotional materials, (ii) comply with legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations, and (iii) exercise or defend legal claims. Voghion will cease active promotional use of removed User Content within a reasonable period following removal.

You represent and warrant that you own or have secured all rights necessary to grant this licence, including any rights of third parties appearing in or contributing to the User Content, and that Voghion's use in accordance with this Section will not infringe the rights of any person.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights in the User Content in favour of Voghion, or, where such waiver is not permitted, you agree not to assert such rights against Voghion or its sub-licensees. Nothing in this Section transfers ownership of the User Content, which remains yours.

24. Region-Specific Application

Voghion applies these Community Guidelines globally, subject to adjustments required by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Where local law or community standards require, we may apply stricter or additional rules in specific regions, including but not limited to:

  • United States: DMCA notice-and-takedown and COPPA compliance
  • European Economic Area: Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) obligations, GDPR, and the AI Act
  • United Kingdom: the Online Safety Act 2023 and the DMCCA 2024 fake-reviews prohibition
  • Other markets: content rules required by local law, including restrictions on gambling, alcohol, political, or religious content where applicable

In the event of a conflict between these Community Guidelines and mandatory local law, the mandatory local law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

25. Transparency Reporting

To the extent required by applicable law, Voghion will publish periodic transparency reports describing its content-moderation activities, including the volume of content removed or restricted, the categories of violations, the number of complaints and appeals received and their outcomes, and the use of automated moderation tools. Reports will be made available in the relevant language(s) and through accessible channels.

26. Content Authenticity

26.1 Review Authenticity. Users must post truthful and objective product reviews. Publishing fake reviews, paid reviews, plagiarized reviews, or reviews unrelated to actual transactions is prohibited.

26.2 Product Display Authenticity. Products displayed by users in short videos, live streams, and other content must be consistent with the platform product catalog information. “Bait-and-switch,” exaggerated efficacy claims, and forged usage results (including but not limited to fake before/after comparisons and AI-generated fake effects) are prohibited. Efficacy claims must be supported by verifiable evidence.

26.3 Conflict of Interest Disclosure. When publishing content involving product promotion, users must disclose any material connection with the product or brand.

27. E-Commerce-Specific Content Rules

27.1 Product Promotion Compliance. Product promotional content must be truthful and accurate. False or misleading promotion is prohibited, including unsubstantiated absolute or superlative claims (such as “best” or “number one”) that cannot be supported by verifiable evidence.

27.2 Marketing Campaign Compliance. Promotional campaign content must be truthful and valid. Campaign rules must be clear and explicit. Fabricating original prices or false discounts is prohibited.

27.3 Transaction Guidance Compliance. Directing users to conduct off-platform private transactions is prohibited. Off-platform diversion content will have reduced recommendation visibility.

27.4 Prohibited and Restricted Products. Promoting products on the platform's prohibited products list is prohibited. Restricted products must comply with relevant qualification requirements.

27.5 After-Sales and Review Standards. After-sales related content must be objective and truthful. Threatening sellers with negative reviews, and sellers inducing positive reviews through incentives, are prohibited.

28. Creator Onboarding and Qualification Management

28.1 Product Promotion Permission. Users must meet platform-specified conditions (including but not limited to account registration duration, content quality, and violation record) before applying for product promotion permission.

28.2 Onboarding Review. New product-promoting creators must submit test content for human review and may only obtain promotion permission after passing review. Voghion may require applicants to submit a minimum number of test videos (for example, three) for qualification assessment before promotion permission is granted.

28.3 Permission Management. Voghion reserves the right to adjust or revoke a creator's product promotion permission based on content quality, violation record, user feedback, and other factors.

29. DSA Compliance (EU Site Only)

29.1 Scope of Application. This section applies only to EU site users. DSA-related requirements do not apply to the U.S. site.

29.2 Seller Traceability (KYBC). Voghion will verify the identity information of EU site sellers and commercial creators, and publish merchant entity information (name, geographical address, email, phone number) as required by DSA Article 30.

29.3 Transparency Reporting. Voghion will publish an annual transparency report as required by the DSA, disclosing content moderation data (including removal volumes, types, sources, and appeal processing). If Voghion reaches the Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) threshold, it will publish semi-annual reports and undergo independent external audits.

29.4 Algorithmic Risk Assessment. If Voghion reaches the VLOP threshold (45 million+ monthly active users), it will conduct systemic risk self-assessments as required by the DSA, including risk assessments regarding minor protection, public safety, and civic discourse.

29.5 Prohibition of Dark Patterns. Voghion interface design must not use “dark patterns” to induce users to make choices detrimental to themselves.

30. Data Retention for Trust and Safety Purposes

Voghion retains records relating to content-moderation decisions, reports, and enforcement actions (including the underlying content where feasible) for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to appeals or regulatory inquiries, and protect the safety and integrity of the platform, after which such records are deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policy and Privacy Policy.

31. Language of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be made available in languages other than English for your convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
